Baby Notes helps parents and caregivers record baby care activity such as feeding, diapers, sleep, pumping, growth, temperature, symptoms, medication, vaccines, baths, food, and notes. Some of this information may be personal data about you, your child, or other caregivers.

In this policy, "Baby Notes" means the Baby Notes mobile application, website, and related services. "From People OÜ", "we", "us", and "our" refer to From People OÜ. "You" means the person using Baby Notes or managing a Baby Notes account.

Information We Collect

Account and contact information

We may collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, such as your email address, authentication details, display name, profile settings, support messages, and caregiver invitations.

Baby care content

You may choose to add child profiles and care entries, including names or nicknames, dates, feeding and sleep logs, diaper changes, growth measurements, temperature readings, symptoms, medication, vaccines, notes, photos, and other information you enter into Baby Notes.

Usage, device, and diagnostic information

We may collect technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, crash reports, logs, approximate region, and information about how Baby Notes is used so we can operate, secure, debug, and improve the product.

Payment information

If paid features are offered, purchases may be processed by app stores or payment providers. We receive limited purchase status information needed to provide access, but we do not receive your full payment card details from app stores.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide, sync, back up, and display your Baby Notes content;
• manage accounts, caregiver access, subscriptions, and support requests;
• send service messages such as security, account, product, and policy notices;
• protect Baby Notes against abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and technical problems;
• analyze and improve product reliability, usability, performance, and features;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when needed to provide Baby Notes, when you direct us to share it, or when legally required.

• With caregivers you invite or authorize inside Baby Notes.
• With service providers that help us host data, authenticate users, send email, process purchases, provide analytics, monitor crashes, and deliver support.
• With authorities or third parties when we believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or needed to respond to legal process.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your information.

Children's Information

Baby Notes is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers, not for direct use by children. You are responsible for having the right to enter and share information about a child in Baby Notes. We use child-related information only to provide and improve Baby Notes as described in this policy.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Baby Notes, maintain backups, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may delete entries, child profiles, or your account using available product controls or by contacting us.

Deleted information may remain for a limited time in backups or logs before it is removed according to our retention practices, unless a longer period is required by law or security needs.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, object to, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
